Garlic Herb Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  • Thread the shrimp onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.
  • Brush the shrimp skewers generously with the garlic herb marinade, ensuring each shrimp is coated evenly.
  • Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  • Remove the skewers from the grill and serve hot with your choice of sides, such as rice, salad, or grilled vegetables.

Coconut Lime Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Caribbean Coconut Shrimp
  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 mango, diced
  • Lime wedges for garnish
  • Cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare Coconut Shrimp as per package instructions.
  • Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  • Assemble tacos with shredded cabbage, diced mango, and Caribbean Coconut Shrimp.
  • Squeeze lime juice over each taco and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  • Serve immediately

Garlic Parmesan Linguine with Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Roasted Garlic Shrimp
  • 8 oz linguine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare Roasted Garlic Shrimp as per package instructions.
  • Cook linguine according to package instructions, then drain.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Toss cooked linguine into the skillet, coating it in the garlic-infused oil.
  • Add Roasted Garlic Shrimp and toss until well combined.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Serve immediately
