Garlic Herb Shrimp Skewers
Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Thread the shrimp onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.
- Brush the shrimp skewers generously with the garlic herb marinade, ensuring each shrimp is coated evenly.
- Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and serve hot with your choice of sides, such as rice, salad, or grilled vegetables.
Coconut Lime Shrimp Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 pack Caribbean Coconut Shrimp
- 6 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 mango, diced
- Lime wedges for garnish
- Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Coconut Shrimp as per package instructions.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos with shredded cabbage, diced mango, and Caribbean Coconut Shrimp.
- Squeeze lime juice over each taco and garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Serve immediately
Garlic Parmesan Linguine with Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1 pack Roasted Garlic Shrimp
- 8 oz linguine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Roasted Garlic Shrimp as per package instructions.
- Cook linguine according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Toss cooked linguine into the skillet, coating it in the garlic-infused oil.
- Add Roasted Garlic Shrimp and toss until well combined.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Serve immediately
